🔹 OPTION 1: Signed Books & Collector’s Editions (Direct from the Author)

All signed and personalized items are custom-prepared and fulfilled directly by Bill Rapp

❌ No Returns or Refunds

Because these items are personally signed or part of a collector’s edition

, all sales are final . We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds

for any reason other than a verified shipping error or damage during delivery.
