🔹 All Orders – No Returns or Refunds

All purchases made directly from Bill Rapp — including signed books, collector’s editions, and merchandise — are final sale. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances, unless your order arrives damaged or there is a verified shipping error.

If your order is damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue

If the claim is approved, we’ll send a replacement (if available)

If you ordered your book through Amazon (unsigned paperback, hardcover, or digital editions), returns and refunds are handled through Amazon’s standard return process.
